If you cancel your holiday, you or any member of your party may cancel their travel arrangements at any time. Written notification or an email to that effect from the person who made the booking must be received at our office.
The cancellation charges applicable are as per the published cancellation policy below:
- Minimum deposit amount is non-refundable.
- 365–30 days before departure: Minimum deposit amount ₹15,000 or 25%, whichever is higher.
- 30–20 days before departure: 50% of package cost.
- 20–0 days before departure: 100% of package cost.
- AC not allowed in hill area.
If we change or cancel your holiday:
We plan all arrangements in advance. In rare cases, adjustments may be necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.123
