According to the teachings of Hindus, it is necessary for every Hindu person to visit Chardham in his life. By traveling to Chardham, one gets freedom from all the sins committed unknowingly or one gets the experience of peace after darshan.
The journey to Chardham lasts for about 6 months from April or May to October or November. It will start from 30th April in the year 2025 which will end on the last October on the day of Kedarnath Closing date of yamnotari:- It is also necessary to have darshan of Yamnotri ji in Chardham. The Yatra will last for 6 months and will close on 22nd October in 2025.
Closing date of gangotari -- People who visit Gangotri during Chardham Yatra are freed from their sins. Gangotri temple is situated in the upper valleys of the Himalayas in Uttarkashi district. Information has not been received from the Uttarakhand government yet, but it is being estimated that it will be closed on the second day of Diwali, 22 October. Closing date of kedarnath ji :- Kedarnath ji's kapad opens on the day of Akshay Tritya or is closed on the second day of Diwali, that is, Diwali of 2025 will be celebrated on 20th October or this Kedarnath ji's kapad will be closed on 22nd October. Closing date of Badrinath:- Lord Vishnu, the master of the world, resides in Badrinath Dham or it is considered to be the second Baikund Dham or it is also said to close its doors around 15 days after Diwali, which is expected to remain closed till 5th November next year in 2025
