CHARDHAM YATRA PACKAGE FROM DELHI

CHAR DHAM YATRA is a very important pilgrimage trip in Uttarakhand. This journey starts from the last week of April every year and ends in the last month of October (On Diwali festival). People all over India have started booking train tickets from January to Haridwar because the main trip starts from Haridwar. But some of the people start this journey from Delhi. This trip from Delhi takes extra days. For pilgrimage to Delhi, people mostly book their flight tickets and get their pickup from the airport.


1.   Delhi To Haridwar- After Pickup from Delhi, pilgrims are brought to Haridwar. Here their first night hotel stay takes place.  After this, next morning we leave for Chardham from Haridwar. The first glimpse of Goddess Yamunotri, hence we go to Barkot hotel from Haridwar. Here all the pilgrimages make their first pilgrimage (Goddess Yamunotri). Along with this, pilgrimages also visit other places which are close to Yamunotri.


       2. Haridwar To Barkot- Here all the pilgrims make their first pilgrimage (Goddess Yamunotri). We also visit other places which are close to Yamunotri. In the morning all pilgrims leave for the next trip. After the Yamunotri next for the Uttarkashi.

 

       3. Barkot To Uttarkashi- Distance from Barkot to Uttarkashi is only 90 km. Pilgrimages in the morning, after having breakfast, they leave for Uttarakashi and on the way, they cover the sightseeing and we go with whom we reach the hotel.

 

Famous Places At Uttarkashi- Shree Kashi Vishwanath Temple, Shakti Temple, Tapovan Kuti, Manikarnika Ghat, Gangotri Temple, Janki Chatti etc.

 

       4. Uttarkashi To Guptkashi To Kedarnath- Guptkashi is only 200 km away from Uttarkashi from where pilgrims go to visit Kedarnath Dham. From Guptkashi, pilgrimage takes place to Gaurikund from where the trek to Kedarnath Dham starts. Pilgrimage trek from Gaurikund reaches Kedarnath Dham and this day they stay in the camp there. In the morning pilgrimage visit Kedarnath and after that do the trek and go back to Guptkashi. Before and after Kedarnath trek, the stay is in Guptkashi.


       5. Guptkashi To Joshimath- From Guptkashi to Joshimath it is 155km or it takes 5hr to reach the distance. Joshimath goes after Kedarnath because from here Badrinath is only 2hr's distance away. Traveling in the dark at night in hill area can be harmful hence the Cabio stops their clients at Joshimath at the place of the Badrinath.

        6. Joshimath-Badrinath -Rudraprayag- This day in the morning pilgrimage cabs are taken to Badrinath. And after the darshan, we roam around the places near here for the whole day and leave for Rudraprayag before nightfall.

       7. Rudrprayag To Haridwar- Rudraprayag is the last stop of pilgrims from here they return to Haridwar. Rudraprayag to Haridwar only takes 6 hrs times. The distance between these two is 160 km only. After returning to Haridwar take rest at the Haridwar Hotel with dinner.

        8. Haridwar To Delhi- Today is your last day of the trip so, after having breakfast will enjoy some time sightseeing and till the evening will drop to Delhi.
